Rod Mill Info

Hi All, I am presently working at the
Rod Mill, Ingall St, Mayfield and have
been given the task of finding out some
history about the Rod Mill specifically.
I notice from the historical time
line, that the Rod Mill is listed at

16 in 79. I had hoped for an electrical
apprenticeship although I was offered a
boilermaking one. I didn't mind the
welding but I had no experience with
technical drawing and felt out of my

Researching carriages that were built at....

Hi, I am researching the history of
Sydney suburban railway carriages that
were constructed at the dockyard. The
car numbers are: C3171 - C3220 (fifty
cars), C3251 - C3300 (fifty cars) and
T4301 - T4548 (248 cars). All were
built in the 1927-1929 peri
