    Continuing our research into the elements of Fortress Newcastle, members of several groups inspected the LARGS-PATERSON Artillery Range at Tocal.
    The massive concrete Observation Post looked out over the range where artillery testing and training took place.
    Under the expert guidance of historian Cameron Archer, we also studied the Tocal Agricultural Centre's collection of remnant munitions.
