    The floating dock in the photo is dock that was built at Walsh Island Dockyard.

    The floating dock in the photo is dock that was built at Walsh Island Dockyard.
     
     

    The floating dock in the photo is the old float dock that was built at Walsh Island Dockyard ( Orica Site) around 1925. When the dock closed it was moved to Dyke End State Dockyard in 1940 with some of the sheds and other gear. Information from NIHA Member,Steve Ford.
